Soft Instep Closure System
The wide, anatomical and padded strap has been reduced and coupled to soft, thermo-formed Eva increasing comfort and performance. It distributes pressure evenly over the arch area, adjustable from both sides for perfect centering. The system eliminates the need for the High Instep Extender. Used with SL and Caliper buckle straps. Serviceable and replaceable.
Red SL buckle
Allows locking in two different ways: by taking up a number of clicks with one sweep of the lever, or engaging half click at a time for a truly micrometric adjustment. The two red flaps may be pressed together for complete unlocking or alternately to slightly loosen the shoe during performance
High Security Velcro
High security Velcro straps with integrated locking polymer teeth , that engage onto each other when the strap is closed. This feature makes the closure more secure and the strap becomes unmovable.
MILLENNIUM 3 Sole
The NEW Millennium 3 sole is a sleek, modern redesign of the Millennium 2 sole. By fortifying the sole with carbon fiber, Sidi designers have created a new sole that improves on the technical characteristics of the previous nylon sole.
The Millennium 3 sole is constructed out of injected carbon fiber in a nylon matrix. The infusion of carbon fiber gives the sole 36% more rigidity than the previous Millennium 2 sole. The Millennium 3 sole is also more durable and less susceptible to changes in stiffness resulting from prolonged usage and changes in temperature.
The Millennium 3 sole features a new replaceable non-slip polyurethane heel pad. To prevent the screw attaching the heel pad from loosening over time, the heel pad is held in place by two rivets.
The Millennium 3 is compatible with the best road pedals on the market. To facilitate cleat replacement, the Millennium 3 sole features a 10 mm horizontal and vertical cleat alignment scale molded into the sole as well as the Look Memory Eyelet.
Heel
The reinforced heel keeps the foot in position and avoids the shoe being deformed by extreme performance or prolonged pressure.
Lorica
Lorica is a Hi-Tech Syntehtic leather made from the most sophisticated technology.
Replaceable Parts
All buckles,Heel tab and mechanisms are replaceable.
