For the first time in a cycling shoe, the Sidi Carbon Lite Sole introduces a proprietary aerospace material, Aeronet Lite. The Sidi Carbon Lite Sole is engineered to maximize resistance to mechanical stress.
Four layers of carbon and Aeronet Lite are moulded into a pattern of longitudinal corrugation increasing rigidity while reducing weight. The Sidi Carbon Lite Sole maintains the optimal stiffness, power transfer of the Full Carbon Sole while significantly decreasing its weight and increasing durability.
For walk ability, the Carbon Lite Sole includes an anti-slip insert at the toe and a replaceable polyurethane heel pad.

Soft Instep Closure System:
The wide, anatomical and padded strap has been reduced and coupled to soft, thermo-formed Eva increasing comfort and performance. It distributes pressure evenly over the arch area, adjustable from both sides for perfect centering. The system eliminates the need for the High Instep Extender. Serviceable and replaceable.
Adjustable heel retention device:
New technology for the heel cup system. The adjustable heel retention device reinforces the top of the heel cup and improves fit by closing the back of the shoe more securely around the riders ankle.
Caliper Buckle:
The micrometric closure called Caliper buckle is regulated by lifting the central buckle. In order to completely open, lift together both side buckles, while to slightly loosen the closure during the race the central clip must be lifted.
High Security Velcro:
High security Velcro straps with integrated locking polymer teeth , that engage onto each other when the strap is closed. This feature makes the closure more secure and the strap becomes unmovable.
Lorica:
Lorica is a Hi-Tech Synthetic leather made from the most sophisticated technology.
Replaceable Parts:
All buckles, heel tab and mechanisms are replaceable.
