Stabilisation, controlled movement and correct body position is emphasised during the training program. When new riders grasp the concepts in the material, an “aha” moment is realised. At this point, a new range of training options become apparent.
Incorporation of output measurements into your training is both fun and rewarding. Cadence, heart rate (HR), mph, distance and caloric expenditure provides valuable feedback.
The RealRyder team teaches authentic cycling, as it relates to bike setup, realistic bike movement, appropriate cadence and proper form. The coaching system is designed to “teach it real”.
