Global Ride: Italy Series Virtual Cycling DVDs Boxed Set

If you own or have used some of the other brands of CDs and DVDs for spinning, you’ll probably find the Italy Rides box set by Global Ride are by far the best you’ll ever purchase. The video and audio are of the highest quality and with the ability to configure the audio or music makes these DVDs extremely versatile.

Use the DVDs for self-guided spin classes if you don’t have access to an instructor or they’re absent and you’ll find the class will thoroughly enjoy the session. Both experienced riders and new comers to riding or spin class have commented that the instruction provided on the DVDs completely met their requirements and expectations for a high quality enjoyable spin class. I recommend these DVDs to anyone looking to start or supplement a training program.

If you already own their Hawaii 3 DVD set, then this is ideal and totally complimentary. I very much like this Italy 3-pack. In fact, the DVDs in the set are my favorites to train to. Each set has a countdown timer which is helpful to guage effort levels during intervals.

The scenery is beautiful, magnificent and varied enough to keep the mind engaged. The speed and hill sections are well done and give a real feel to the virtual experience. Each DVD is about 60 minutes with warm-up and warm-down. I have found the company, Global Ride, to be tremendously responsive and honest with me. I have purchased products from them and have been very satisfied.
